How to use: 

STEP 1: Collect your tools and open a window.

Gather your Palo Santos a lighter, and something to catch the ashes with like an ashtray. Open a window to keep the smoke moving (and prevent the smoke alarm going off). Opening a window for smudging also helps the negativity to literally, go out the window. 

STEP 2: Hold it the Right Way!

Tilt the smudge at a 45-degree angle.

STEP 3: Light your smudge.

Light one end of the Palo Santos first and rotate it in a circular motion around the flame so it’s fully lit.

STEP 4: Smudge!!

Wave the smoke around all corners, doorways, sacred objects and any other areas of your space that you feel need energy cleansing. Then, once your space has had time to air out, close the window to seal in the good vibes.
